Shipping policy

 

STANDARD SHIPPING:

ALL ORDERS OVER $75: FREE SHIPPING!

We do our best to ship out as quickly as possible for you. Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Pre-Order Items:

If you order a pre-order item. We will not ship your order until all items are ready to ship. If you need in-stock items sooner, you will need to place a separate order. 

Jellycat Items:

ALL Jellycat orders must have Route Protection added. Any orders without this protection will be cancelled. First time order discounts are excluded on Jellycat orders. 

We do not ship over the weekend/holidays.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been fulfilled and shipped. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our return policy.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at MaeBerry Co's discretion. MaeBerry Co is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. MaeBerry Co may cancel any order being sent to a Freight Forwarding company/address. 

We highly recommend adding route shipping protection to all orders.Route+ Shipping Insurance is a low cost, optional add-on for your MaeBerry Co orders, with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages.

When you purchase Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. You can deselect Route+ at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection. 

If you do not purchase Route+ insurance, you will still have all the benefits of Route. MaeBerry Co does not insure packages for loss, theft or damage during the shipping process. Claims must be filed by you directly with USPS or UPS

If you have elected to decline this protection with us, you assume all responsibility for receipt of your parcel and acknowledge that we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Return to sender:

If an order is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying any additional fees to re-ship.
