Didn’t add to order, it was automatically done

I actually had a pickup order and this was added without me knowing. I saw it and removed it but somehow after the transaction it was back on there. I didn’t need package protection for a pickup order and I don’t like that it was automatically added.

Refund process

After not receiving my item, I ordered, unfortunately postal problem. They were very nice, fast and quick, filed on Tuesday had my refund on Friday. Thank you so much.
